General terms and conditions for the provision of electronic services

Using the platform's services constitutes confirmation of full acceptance of the regulations in their current wording. Vinyl Casino reserves the right to make changes to the document's content for important technical, legal, or organizational reasons. Users will be informed of any significant modifications with appropriate advance notice. Continued use of the service after changes are introduced constitutes their acceptance.

Formal requirements for users The platform user can only be a natural person who has full legal capacity and is at least 18 years old. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and constitutes a gross violation of the regulations. Each user may have only one account. Creating multiple profiles results in the immediate blocking of all related accounts.

Identity verification process During registration, the user must provide true, complete, and up-to-date personal data. We reserve the right to request copies of documents confirming the user's identity and age. Until successful verification, access to some service functions may remain limited. Refusal to provide the required documents entitles us to close the account and terminate the agreement.

The user undertakes to use the platform in a manner consistent with the law and principles of social coexistence. It is strictly forbidden to exploit technical errors, use bots, or other tools automating technical interactions. Attempts to hack systems, modify website code, or share an account with third parties are categorically prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the agreement.

All financial operations on the platform are subject to rigorous security procedures. The user may make deposits only from accounts or cards of which they are the legal owner. We reserve the right to suspend payment processes to conduct security checks or identity verification. Any applicable operational fees are clearly communicated before finalizing the transaction, if they apply to the given payment method.

The user acknowledges that using the services of the Vinyl Casino platform involves the inevitable risk of financial loss. We do not provide any guarantees regarding a positive outcome of interactions or achieving any financial benefits. The service is provided as is, and the operator is not responsible for users' subjective expectations. Prudence and moderation in using the technical services are the sole responsibility of the user.

All content published on the service, including texts, graphics, logos, and website architecture, constitutes the intellectual property of the operator or is used under appropriate licenses. Copying, modifying, or distributing these elements without written consent is prohibited and constitutes a violation of Polish copyright law.

To the maximum extent permitted by Polish law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or equipment failures on the user's side. We are not responsible for the effects of force majeure or for errors resulting from incorrect use of the platform. Our total liability shall in no case exceed the amount deposited by the user within the last 30 days before the occurrence of the event.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete an account in case of violation of the terms and conditions, suspicion of fraud, or at the request of authorized state authorities in Poland. The user may terminate the agreement at any time by sending a request to close the account to the support department.

Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved based on Polish law. The parties commit to first attempt to resolve the conflict amicably through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be submitted for resolution to the competent common court for the operator's registered office.
